Postage, Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

At present we are not offering returns or exchange unless an item is defective. In which case customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item. If you do not notify us within 24 hours you may not be eligible for returns or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any items marked as sales or clearances are not eligible for returns

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If we agree a return, Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the shop address. You will be provided with our return address.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited into your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sareecentreburslem@outlook.com

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Postage

We use 2 companies to post our parcels. DHL and Royal Mail. All orders received before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.  Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day. Postage paid parcels will take priority over free postage parcels.

Items are dispatched Monday – Friday only.  Items are delivered Monday-Saturday between 8am-8pm. A delivery window will be confirmed on the morning of delivery by text message (if a mobile number was provided at the time of purchase)

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We’re a global business and as such we ship worldwide whilst offering express services to popular destinations such as USA, Canada, Australia, and Western Europe. International orders are dispatched in the same manners as domestic; however please contact us on WhatsApp +447907131110 before placing an order as delivery charges vary.

Information

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays which occur once a shipment has left our warehouse as we are unable to control such issues
  • Goods must be signed for upon delivery so please ensure an adult is present to accept the shipment where required.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These duties/taxes may apply to your order depending on your local legislation. We have no control over such charges and it is your responsibility to pay these.
